2025 has been a milestone year for In-Focus Systems. Not just for the growth we’ve experienced or the number of projects we’ve completed—but for the recognition, relationships, and results that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
From earning Housing First Minnesota’s Associate of the Year award to taking on new leadership roles within the industry, our team has seized every opportunity to serve with purpose and has adapted with integrity at every step. We strive to strengthen the communities we touch.

Awarded Housing First MN’s Associate of the Year
We were deeply honored to be named Associate of the Year by Housing First Minnesota. It’s an award that recognizes performance, partnership, engagement, and service. For us, being a great associate means showing up to install technology, of course, but also standing shoulder-to-shoulder with builders, remodelers, and homeowners through every phase of the project.
We’re adept at adapting to last-minute design changes, are known for staying late to meet deadlines, and we always find creative solutions on complex builds that support our clients. Our team is known for doing whatever it takes to support our partners. We make it easier for others to do their jobs as well.
Industry Engagement: Leading From Within
Our commitment to the housing industry goes far beyond the jobsite. This year, we expanded our leadership roles to have a greater impact across the professional community.
- Michele joined the NARI Minnesota Board to help support and guide the organization’s education, events, and advocacy efforts for remodelers and industry professionals. She also serves as the Chair of the Tours & Shows Committee, where she helps lead the planning and execution of industry tradeshows as well as the upcoming MSP Home Tour in May.
- Eric was appointed to the Housing First MN Foundation Board, further deepening our connection to one of the state’s most influential housing organizations. He is supporting mission-driven projects like Veteran Village and the upcoming Hope House.
We also remained actively involved in industry groups like Builders Club and WINC, sharing best practices, supporting educational events, and working collaboratively to elevate standards across the board.
Resilience Through Challenges
Like many in the industry, this year brought its share of challenges—from supply chain issues to construction delays and weather disruptions. Rather than let these hurdles derail projects, we doubled down on our commitment to our partners.
We maintained transparent communication, adjusted plans in real-time, and absorbed some costs when necessary to protect relationships and project timelines. We also improved internal systems, appointed dedicated project leads, and reworked schedules to meet aggressive deadlines, often working late or prepping offsite to ensure everything came together seamlessly.
Giving Back in Meaningful Ways
Community service is part of our DNA, and this year, we sought ways to blend financial support with skilled volunteering.
- We donated and installed AV systems for veteran housing initiatives, such as the Bravo Zulu House and Elevate House #1.
- For Elevate House #2, we’re providing hands-on mentorship to students interested in the low-voltage trades.
- We made a financial donation to Sierra Delta, a nonprofit that pairs veterans with service dogs.
- We sponsored a women’s rugby club, donated a van to Newgate School, and enhanced a local softball field’s audio system, improving game-day experiences for the entire community.
By combining in-kind expertise with financial support, our contributions made a real, lasting difference.

Our growth this year has been all about building something meaningful with people we trust. As we look toward 2026 and beyond, we remain committed to elevating every partnership by leading with purpose and serving our community through actions that matter.
